Information Sharing with Companies That Perform Services on our Behalf. We are permitted to disclose nonpublic personal information about you that we maintain or collect, as described above in the How We Gather Information section, to companies that perform services on our behalf or to other institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements. The categories of third parties providing these services may include, among others, consumer reporting agencies, financial service providers such as credit card issuers, finance companies, insurance agencies or companies, government agencies, and banks and mortgage companies.
