Protection of the Privacy of Non-Public Personal Information

Respecting and protecting customer privacy is vital to our business. Protecting the Confidentiality of Customer Information: We take our responsibility to protect the privacy and confidentiality of customer information very seriously. From time to time, we enter into agreements with other companies to provide services to us or make products and services available to you. Who is Covered by the Privacy Policy:

We provide our Privacy Policy to customers when they conduct business with any company within the Lighthouse Financial Group Family of Companies. If we change our privacy policies to permit us to share additional information we have about you, as described below, or to permit disclosures to additional types of parties, you will be notified in advance.

How We Gather Information:

As part of providing you with financial products or services, we may obtain information about you from the following sources:

  • Applications, forms, and other information that you provide to us, whether in writing, in person, by telephone, electronically, or by any other means. This information may include your name, address, employment information, income, and credit references;
  • Your transactions with us, with companies within the Lighthouse Financial Group, Inc. Family of Companies or with others (such as your bank or employer). This information may include your account balances, payment history, and account usage;
  • Consumer reporting agencies or other firms which provide similar services, including but not limited to check verification services. This information may include account information and information about your credit worthiness;
  • Public sources. This information may include vehicle records, employment records, telephone numbers, etc.

What Information We Collect:

The type of personal information we collect may include your name, address, social security number, age, financial status, assets, income, tax information, transaction history, account balance, payment history, marital status, family relationships and other information. Information We Share:

Information Sharing with Companies That Perform Services on our Behalf. We are permitted to disclose nonpublic personal information about you that we maintain or collect, as described above in the How We Gather Information section, to companies that perform services on our behalf or to other institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements. The categories of third parties providing these services may include, among others, consumer reporting agencies, financial service providers such as credit card issuers, finance companies, insurance agencies or companies, government agencies, and banks and mortgage companies. To protect your privacy, before we disclose such non-public personal information pursuant to a joint marketing agreement, we enter into a contractual agreement prohibiting our joint marketing partners from disclosing or using your non-public personal information other than to carry out the purposes for which the information was disclosed.
